In addition to running, I’m also a RRCA Certified Running coach, and I’m taking classes toward my Sports and Exercise Studies degree.
I do group and individual coaching for every level and distance, but I specialize in beginners. I was one recently, so I can relate! We do Couch to 5k, 5k-10k, and 5k to Half Marathon. I’ve coached dozens of people to the finish line, with a focus on staying healthy and uninjured!
